Purchase Inquiries
Orders over HKD10,000
Should you wish to place bulk orders or any orders with amount over HKD10,000, please click “Contact Us” for further arrangement.
After checkout, I found that there was a missing product in the shopping cart. I want a repayment/cancel or change the order.
We are sorry that if you wish to purchase additional products after checkout, you will not be able to increase/reduce the quantity of products, change or cancel the order or refund. The order content will be based on the information after successful settlement. Please confirm that the purchase information is correct before proceeding with the payment procedure. If you need to purchase additional items, please purchase them again in the form of a new order.
About shipping address changes
We are sorry that once an order is submitted to the system, the delivery address cannot be changed. Please double confirm the delivery address and other information clearly before submitting the order and make the payment.
Minimum number of items to purchase
We do not set a minimum purchase quantity, so we welcome orders of one or more. However, if the total amount of an order is less than HKD$800, the delivery fee must be paid by the customer (collect on delivery).

About choosing a specific delivery time and date
All deliveries will be done by the courier company, customers are not able to choose a specific date and time for delivery.
However, you can check your shipment status using the tracking information provided via email once your order is fulfilled.

In case of missed delivery

As shipping charges are prepaid, if the first delivery is not successful, the company will contact you about all additional charges and ask you to pay this amount with the credit card you registered at the time of the first payment.
Orders below HKD$800: Since it is payable on collect, please contact the third-party transportation company directly according to the courier number obtained after successful payment to arrange re-delivery service.

About the exchange procedure
No return or exchange of merchandise will be accepted for shipped products.
Re-delivery arrangements and additional charges

We will only provide free delivery. If the order cannot be successfully delivered for the first time and requires additional delivery arrangements and additional charges. We will contact you and ask you to pay the additional fees at the time of your first payment. Any additional fees incurred due to re-delivery will be charged to your registered credit card.
Please note: If the product is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery, the customer also need to responsible for paying all additional shipping and handling charges.
Arrangements for special days and weather conditions
There will be no deliveries on Hong Kong public holidays, Sundays, when typhoon warning signal No. 8 or above or black rainstorm warning is in force or under any weather conditions we think that will cause dangers on deliveries.
The item was damaged during shipment
We are not responsible for any damages done during shipment.
Delivery time
We will process and ship out your order within 3 business days once payment is completed. Customer may use the tracking information given via email to check the precise delivery day.
Please keep in mind that there might be delays during peak season (i.e. public holiday, festive season, sales season, etc).
The contents or quantity of the goods received are not consistent
After receiving the goods, if you find that the goods or quantities you ordered are not consistent, please click [Contact Us] to follow up with you.
